Since my 510SP had the sprocket on the inside of the centrifugal clutch,
direct drive wouldn't work, but I preferred that, instead of chained transmission.

I solved this by unscrewing the clutch, (thread is clockwise to come off) removing everything inside of
the cluth shield and turning the shield around so it would fit into the Lewis adapter kit,
replacing the original sword bolts with 80mm threaded rod, 4 nuts and some washers.
Alignment took some time but was worth while, this was best done from underneath.

(For you who don't know, the Lewis Winch 400 MK2 is an extremely handy winch and can be found at http://www.lewiswinch.com/ )

If you would like to make a note in my guestbook, it would be most appreciated./
